Merchandise may be returned for
a full refund including shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned in its
original packaging and in unused and sealed condition and packed sufficiently
to avoid being damaged in shipping.
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Full refund (less the shipping cost) - will be applied to your credit card account or PayPay
All returns, exchanges and/or
claims must be requested by the person who placed the order and the refund is
applied to the credit card used when the order was processed.
Please Note: No returns or refunds will be processed for gift certificates, gift wrap service, purchases of special orders, customized products, altered products, and other items noted as such are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or incorrect products
Did you receive a damaged, defective, or a wrong item? We take full responsibility and will make sure to fix that for you!
If you received a damaged, defective, or a wrong item, please contact our customer service team by phone at 1-347-989-5955 within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Our customer service team will provide you with RMA number and instructions. We will exchange the item or you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
1. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
2. In order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us.
